More of Megan and Joel...

Here are some more of the newly engaged couple that I said I'd add in THIS post earlier today.

Beautiful Bridesmaids

Took a few while Lindsey and David were with the photographer..... friends from elementry school, high school, and college. Fun to catch up- did hair and make up for some of them. What a fun day!

Joel and Megan "Johnson-to-be"!

I went to high school with Megan- good friends, went pretty much everywhere together (including getting lost to almost every away football game.... literally), spring breaks together, countless numbers of pictures together, and were on the Burnsville Blazettes together. Although we have lost touch over the years, it's fun to catch up and share stories, experiences, and memories- old and new.

Megan and Joel got engaged in Mexico not too long ago. SO excited for them to start a new journey together. It is no secret that they are passionately in love. It's one of those "loves" that one dreams about. I told Joel, "you got a good one"..... which he then replied, "I got the best!" So true and so awesome to witness.

Not only are they madly in love, humble, stunning, nice, genuine, well dressed, honest, blessed, beautiful people..... they are so passionate about their faith in Jesus Christ. When that is put first, there is no way a relationship of any kind can be anything but amazing. They are truly blessed for very obvious reasons!

I believe the Lord brings people into your life, or re-connects old friends for a reason- at the right time- for a purpose. Excited to see what He has in store!

We were sitting at Lindsey and David's wedding reception Saturday night and they asked if I'd take a few pictures as the sun was setting...... ummmm helloooo yea!! I took a few more but forgot to email them to myself- might add some more when I get home.
They are getting married next July.... I probably won't have my camera out like I usually do because I will be in such aw of the greatest, best, most perfect photographer/editor in the entire world (in my personal opinion)- the famous Spencer Combs!!! I am quite inspired by what he can do with a camera and get a lot of my ideas from his work. Excited to see him in action!

May the Lord continue to bless your life as you start a new and exciting lifelong journey!

Logan Craig 6-25-09

Today, June 26th, marks Logan's 3 week old birthday. I went over to Kate and Steven's house last night to catch a few photos while he's still "little." Sadly, I think I already am a few weeks late of catching him as a "little newborn."
This little man is not your typical 3 week old (not to mention he's so long that he's wearing 3-6 month clothes).... I was expecting this little curled up ball, sound asleep, no movement, and I could pose him the way I wanted to... Because that's what newborns are supposed to be like, right?
Well Logan decided to do push ups when he was on his stomach and some crazy awesome yoga moves (like downward dog.... if any of you are familiar with yoga). Literally balancing on his head. He pretty much wanted nothing to do with being curled up in a ball and sitting still.

It kind of makes me giggle remembering to when I was attempting this cute "in a ball with an adorable little butt in the air (below)"..... Logan was basically on all 4's and Steven (my brother) was looking at him saying, "what the heck is he doing?!"....... too funny.(yes, he is basically the length of the towel's width)

Sooooo needless to say, we're going to try again possibly on Sunday after church (when he's sleeping).
What an awesome little man. I'm so in love with him.

Sister Church in Brazil

This is yet ANOTHER amazing journey God is leading LifePrint Church to. He is just blowing us all away! The church has only officially been up and running since Easter! Man, have we been blessed!

Yesterday marked the first group of 6 members from LifePrint to make it down to mission down in Brazil. We are hoping to continue bringing people down there for a week at a time. I'm SO doing this someday (hopefully SOON!). And not only are we going down there to mission, but we are going to be sister churches with the church there which will ALSO be connected to SHEC (Church in Montana where Pastor John and Heather came over here from).

This is the blog they started to keep everyone informed with their incredible journey! Feel free to read along as they update it....

Keep the prayers coming!

Cowboy Jack and Leon Young

This is from quite a few weeks ago....... first service in the park at LifePrint Church! This is also all with my old camera. I took Jack and Alexie with me to the service. Jack is a cowboy at heart and is the future Pastor John. He brought his guitar to sing and play along with Leon Young... and to get autographs at the end of the concert.

Leon Young is the praise and worship leader at SHEC (South Hills Evagelical Church) based in Missoula, Montana- where John and Heather came over here from. He was amazing and we got to order his new CD's. Overall, an awesome way to spend the evening!

These are some photos of Jack in his prime moments! :)

Totally didn't know the words but that's what makes this little guy so amazing..... he gets so into the worship no matter where, when, or what the words are! :)

That's Leon.... he was so good!

Jack praise and worshiping!

Leon was tuning Jack's guitar :)
Jack got AUTOGRAPHS! What an awesome gift! And of course had to ask Pastor John for his! Jack knows all of the All New Creation songs on their CD's...... whenever I go over to watch the kids, we usually all have some kind of microphone (like a wooden spoon) and Jack rocks out on his guitar to ANC's songs. SO much fun.

He was one happy kid! Thanks Leon and John!

That's the actual photographer. I was just taking pictures for fun and for my Aunt Barbie (Groom's mom) and for relatives who weren't able to make it.
So in love with her dress....
All of them probably will hate this picture (and me for posting it), but I absolutely love it. It makes me hear, see, and feel laughing. Love that.
